Well this is weird, at least for me.

A cowl made from yak. Super warm and super soft!

We don't have cable TV on the boat. We have "rabbit ears" or a digital antenna. We can pick up several channels, including one major broadcast channel, ABC. So when we watch TV on the boat, we watch whatever comes in clearest. And ABC came in the clearest last night.

What was on ABC? you ask...American Ninja Warrior. (http://esq.tv/29MilPK) I've heard of the program before, but never watched it.

After dinner, I sat on the couch, with a glass of wine, weaving in the ends of this beautiful 100% Alpaca cowl for a customer.

"Wow, those people are amazing" we kept saying, as I sat on the couch.

"Look at their upper body strength" my Faithful Sherpa said, as I wove in the ends of the cowl.

They are incredible athletes, but...well...I figure I get enough of an upper body workout by knitting; I think I could ace that course!
