 Mika, our new waittress Each Tuesday I stop into Sausalito Nail Salon after work for a manicure, then walk across the terrace to meet my Faithful Sherpa for dinner at Thai Terrace. Pat and Pete own Thai Terrace, and lately they have had family here from Thailand. I was surprised by our new waitress!
 Each year, at Christmas, I make tortillas for my Mom and friends. One of my great memories of my Grandmother Josefina is her tortillas. She had a large table in her kitchen where we would sit and wait for fresh hot tortillas to come right off her comal. Oh how delicious!
