My first couple of shoots, Tim Eatherton was my photographer. He's totally fantastic! Like super fantastic! But now I live 4 hours away, so I've had to figure it out on my own.
I know, I know, yes, that's me...knitting...again. So, what's so special about this?
That's what it feels like when I'm in my booth. And I'm so glad you stopped by my "house" for a visit this past weekend!
My friend, Lisa Forcino, asked if I wanted to do a display in her new corner at Crescent Country in Crescent Mills. Of course I said yes!
I set up my booth the same for each show, or so I think.
This weekend I sorted cleaned my trailer, getting it ready for our first show in a couple of weeks. My manicurist hate's it when I do this!
"What are you going to do with that flange and 1/2 pipe" the hardware store clerk asked. Oh, I'm making a display piece. With a puzzled look, they always shake their head and walk away.
I feel like I should be a pilot or something. . ."test pilot". . ."test knitting". . .Ba Da Bump. . .Ok, maybe it's too early in the morning for joking around, but I did get to play with the airline tubing this weekend.
I am so, so very lucky to have a wonderful, supportive "Faithful Sherpa" aka, my husband. And he can figure out what I'm actually trying saying. That's an amazing trick, I wish he'd teach me that one! Most times I confused myself!
In the beginning we carried everything. After that we knew things had to change!
