My moment of Zen

Early morning sunrise

It's been such a crazy time...you know what I'm talking about...ok, get ready I'm going to say it...the election.
Oh My Goodness.

This mornings sunrise helped in so many ways.
I love the colors. Browns, grays oranges and a thin sliver of maroon along the earth. It's my favorite color combination!

I love the peacefulness. Can't you just feel the peace in this photo. Inhale...smell the salt air enter your body. Exhale...breath out all the negative energy your dreams may have caused.

I love the single seagull flying in the sky. The first movement of the day. The world is just starting to open their eyes. A time to stretch, waking up those muscles. Getting your fingers ready to knit.

I have to remember, not to turn on the TV but sit and enjoy my coffee with my wonderful Faithful Sherpa. These are the moments that I want to hold in my mind as I start my day!
