I'm sure Deborah McFarland could have helped me with this mistake! And I'm sure she can help you with yours to! 

This was the vest I had knit a while ago. The one that I "added a few more stitches to" and it turned out to be miles and miles too long! (http://www.josefinafineknits.com/blog/i-know-im-tall-but-im-not-a-giant) 

This was one of those mistakes that I should have turned to Deborah and ask what is the best way to figure out the correct gauge for a garment! If I had known that, then I wouldn't have had to rip the whole though out to start over again! 

Not I don't mind starting things over, but still, it's frustrating when you get half way thru a project and find an "oops!"
