It was the last piece of the puzzle, but I just kept putting it off.

I'm so glad I found McCullough Web Services to help me create my online presence! I don't know what I would have done without them!
"Come on," Margaret said. "My 9 year old created her own website. You can do it!"
It was the last piece to my Josefina Fine Knits social media puzzle. I already had Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter accounts. But I'd been putting off building my own website. It just seemed too daunting!

Each time I sat down to research building a website, I  became completely overwhelmed! Which platform do I use, Wix, Word Press, SquareSpace, Weebly. What do I need? website building software, website hosting, templates and designs. My head kept spinning every time I thought about it. So. . .I put it off.

But I was at a point where I really needed a site! I needed a place where people could land after we met at shows. An eCommerce site.

One morning, while flipping thru my Facebook feed, I came across a post liked by my friend Lorraine of Four Winds Farm (fourwindswool.com/index.html) And I knew I had found my inspiration!

Anna's Got Wool! (www.annagotwool.com/) She had the look and feel I wanted, clean, straight forward, beautiful. And the website was easy to navigate. So, I called the farm.  "Did you create the website yourself or did you hire a company?"

Anna told me about Rachel McCullough of McCullough Web Services mcculloughwebservices.com/. She talked about the services they provided, and how easy it was to work with them. "They even came all the way to the farm to take photos because I didn't have any!"

Now that's customer service!

We spent about an hour together during our initial phone call. We talked about what I wanted, my likes and dislikes, my favorite colors, my work, just about everything regarding Josefina Fine Knits.

After our conversation, Rachel mailed a packet for me to complete. I was surprised by the questionnaire.

It was 9 pages long! It took me two weeks to finish!

It was tough to get thru all those questions. Half the time I didn't understand what they were asking! The other half of the time my head hurt because the questions were causing me to really think thru what I wanted for my company.

But I realized, this was their way of getting in my head. And the answers to these questions will be the foundation on which they build my website.

It took a couple of weeks before they could show me anything. I felt like a kid at Christmas time, anxiously waiting until I can open my "present" and see what the site looked like.

I cried. I was sitting in front of my monitor with tears rolling down my cheeks! It was exactly what I had hoped for!

I couldn't believe how beautiful the website was. Everything about it I loved. The purple writing, the photo placement, the colors, the font, the cleanliness and how easy it was to navigate.

I now have a home, a Josefina Fine Knits website that truly lets the world see my work how I see it.

It's been 5 months since we launched Josefinafineknits.com and I'm still in love with my website as much I was the first time I saw it! And Rachel McCullough has been with me every step of the way.

Thank you Rachel, for building the website I have been dreaming about!
