My Latest Model Christmas decorating is in full swing at Crescent Country in Crescent Mills, CA. And Josefina Fine Knits is ready! New hats, cowls, infinity scarves, necklaces and even a little baby sweater! The breakfast bar was a little messy this morning. Just before Bluebird Yarns in Sausalito, CA closed, Sophie sold most of her fixtures. I was so excited to be able to pick up a new dress form, along with other display pieces. It's wonderful to have a little bit of Bluebird with me! Plus she makes the perfect model for my Christmas Display at Crescent Country! She has to abide by the law! After gathering all my inventory, and packing my display pieces into the car, I headed over to Crescent Country. As I opened the door, I walk right into a party! Lisa Forcino and her friends are getting ready for their big open house event next weekend, November 5th. And they were in full Christmas decorating mode, with Christmas music playing in the background, the smell of pine everywhere, and boxes and boxes of ornaments. Lisa typically decorates six trees in the store! Quite a view from the top of the ladder. "You're tall," Cheryl Stoy said. "Can you hang this light from the ceiling?" While she was off finding a light bulb for the chandelier, I had to snap a photo! A behind the scene look at their Christmas decorating. party. And if you look close enough, right in the middle of the photo you can see my Josefina Fine Knits display! And just wait till next weekend! Lisa's store always looks so beautiful once everything is decorated. Each tree is a different theme, cowboy, country, antiques and lace. Silver tinsel everywhere, antique ornaments, exquisite linens, you can find everything here! So happy with how this turned out! Be sure to stop by next weekend for the event. I can almost guarantee that you'll be able holiday gifts for everyone on your list! Including newly knitted items!

That gold "skirt" really worked. Nice to see how good it turned out.

I love how it turned out and it was so much fun to create. Thank you, Deborah McFarland, for helping me decide on what she should wear for the holidays!
